Even from before the birth certificate…. Many manifestations, but not much money. Perhaps the money diminishes the manifestation. Lay low, gain ground. There might be a cleaner line of world officiality through the birth certificate than through most state records. It might be something that has been around since Constantine adopted Christianity as a state religion. Perhaps, at the very least, it somewhat gave them the right to live. Human fodder and political dissidents weren’t necessarily allowed to live. Are you sure your history books and history teachers always tell you the truth?

Israeli Separation Wall "Fatal Policy": Vanessa Redgrave
Getting desperate for people to support your anti Jewish stance ?
Response:
Is good to have a wall which keeps swine at large.
– Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Israeli Separation Wall "Fatal Policy": Vanessa Redgrave GAZA CITY, July 2 (IslamOnline.net & News Agencies) – Oscar-winning British actress and political activist Vanessa Redgrave has called Israel’s construction of the separation wall in the occupied West Bank as a "fatal policy", accusing the Israeli government of "destroying peace." "The barrier is higher than any wall I’ve seen and even higher than the Berlin Wall," Redgrave told a press conference in Ramallah on Thursday, July 1. Speaking during a five-day fact-finding tour of the Palestinian areas, she said the wall "impedes communications between the Palestinian and Israeli people", reported the Washington Times. "I see Qalqilya turned into a prison camp. This will only destroy hope," the famed British actress said in reference to the West Bank town that has been virtually enveloped by an eight-meter (26-foot) high concrete wall. Redgrave has met Palestinian locals to discuss life under the Israeli occupation and the impact of Israel ’s controversial barrier. Israel claims the wall is built to stop attacks launched from the West Bank on Israeli towns. However, the Palestinians fears the real aim is to dictate the borders of their future Palestinian state. A UN report underlined that the controversial barrier constitutes illegal annexation of Palestinian territory. According to another report by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), with the completion of the wall, 30 percent of the West Bank population, or some 680,000 people, will be "directly harmed." Destroying Peace Redgrave fought back tears as she spoke about schoolchildren in the Gaza Strip shot and either killed or seriously injured by Israeli snipers, reported the German news agency, dpa. These scenes, she said, reminded her of her childhood years when she lost most of her family during the war in Europe . "If I was older then, I would have done anything to stop fascism." The renowned actress accused the Israeli government of killing off chances for peace with such actions. "I see a government that is deliberately trying to destroy peace," Redgrave maintained. She believed that Israel was in breach of the International Declaration on Human Rights as a result of its aggressions in the occupied Palestinian areas. The Oscar-winning British actress is making her first visit to the West Bank and Gaza after nearly 30 years of political activism. She is visiting the region as guest of and fund campaigner for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and the UN children agency UNICEF. War Crimes Redgrave also appealed to Israel to ease the security restrictions it has imposed recently in the Gaza Strip so that UN agencies can distribute food more quickly to Palestinians. The UNRWA has delayed its latest round of food distribution in Gaza by three weeks because of these restrictions, the UN said on its website. On Tuesday, June 29, Redgrave cancelled a planned visit to the Gaza Strip city of Rafah – where she had hoped to meet some of the more than 15,000 people left homeless after the Israeli demolition of their homes. The UN cited security restrictions for the cancellation. The Israeli military offensive on Rafah and its refugee camp, the bloodiest of its kind in years, in May had claimed the lives of up to 62 Palestinians, flattened 155 homes and drove some 2000 residents homeless. The international human rights watchdog, Amnesty International, had dismissed the operation as "war crimes". But Redgrave nevertheless stopped short of supporting indicting Israel on war crimes. "A number of governments could be indicted on war crimes," she said. During her trip, which ends on Saturday, July 4, Redgrave has visited the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, toured refugee camps and health clinics, launched a UNICEF measles immunization scheme and participated with the British violinist and composer Stephen Bentley in a cultural program for Palestinians. She also met Palestinian President Yasser Arafat Thursday. Inaugurating an exhibition of his photographs in Ramallah on Saturday, June 6, Hollywood heartthrob Richard Gere said the Palestinian people have the right to a normal life. Many world notables came under intense fire by the influential Jewish lobbies – dominating the cinema industry in the US – for declaring their support to the Palestinians. The apology of others, such as Cherie Blair, wife of British Prime Minister Tony Blair, for pro-Palestinian remarks in June 2002, also helped to stifle anti-Israeli voices. http://islamonline.net/English/News/2004-07/02/article01.shtml

Thanks Raist! That is one of the funniest websites in a long time (right up there with Cows with Guns!). The fine print is really scary. They are not just planning to move to South Carolina – once they get there they are going to try to secede from the Union!!! They are now choosing between South Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi to pull this stunt. (I seem to remember those exact three states having kind of a bad experience with the whole secede from the Union bit about 140 years ago, but anyway…) Here are some excerpts from their site: "ChristianExodus.org has been established to coordinate the move of 50, 000 or more Christians to a single conservative state in the U.S. for the express purpose of reestablishing constitutional governance.
Question:
Regarding your spew against PETA. I do agree that they are NOT so much for animal as they are for terrorist tactics. However, I would advise you to check your spelling when you post such a diatribe as yours so your complaints can be viewed as more legitimate. Next, i would suggest that everyone read up on PETA’s activities through the Freedom Of Information Act. They have donated thousands of dollars towards the defense fund of a convicted terrorist who had killed 1-2 people. Several officers of the company hav used medicines obtained from animal testing and defended their right to that medicine. I would also watch Penn & Teller’s episode about PETA in their Bullsh*t series on, I believe, HBO.

Cat ownership supports terrorism, peta supports terrorism, you are all traitors to America. How do you live with yourselves?
Very easily actually because aparantly I’m a lot more informed than you are
. Perhaps you don’t get Showtime. PETA wants to give all animals rights, and also make it illegal for people to own pets. Which in PETA’s picture you’ll see them posing there with either their pets or just pets that were brought in for the photo shoot. Ironic they want to look so chummy with them they turn them loose on the streets like that. There’s an interesting show on Showtime done by Pen and Teller called Bullshit. They did a peice on PETA. Had you seen it you’d actually know what your talking about instead of spouting garbage. (well except the part about PETA supporting terror, you are right about that) Here’s an interesting fact for you, of the pets that PETA rescued, they put to sleep 75% of those pets, and put them in a huge freezer that they own. Hrm….who’s the Terrorist? Use who own pets? Or PETA who demonstrates against animal centers who have to put violent animals to sleep because if they put them back out on the street again they would hurt guess who – people. They also pay arsonist to destroy medical knowledge just because they use things like rats to test it on. Well hrm…considering the VP of PETA uses medication that has animal by-products in it for her diabetes and she’s all for this destruction of the very company research that’s used to cure her? I find this a little hyprocritical myself. So I suggest some folks do some research. I have nothing against people being vegetarians, or being activists or being pet lovers, I do have a problem with PETA acting as an activism group when everything I said above is 100% true. Go do some digging and you’ll find out for yourself. Oh and PETA also says that 300 peices of plants and animals a day are becoming exitinct. If that were the case, this would be one very dead planet real quick. Yet PETA can’t account for these species dying off or show any records for them. Hrm…odd. Hence why I never spend a dime on PETA, never will either. – Leigh You can flame away but it’ll fall on deaf ears, I’ve said my peace.

True; I heard his mother came home with a ferret once when Rick was just a wee baby. The ferret took Rick’s crib, while poor little Ricky had to sleep in the garage. Then when he was older, he came on to the family dog once and was horribly rejected. I don’t think he ever got over that.

Right, Delusional Dan…. Not found. Why could that be I wonder… Could it be that, as I stated, it was a temporary gig through a temp agency that ended long before you did the search? Could it be that I doubt temps are ever entered into that database? Hmmmmm…. You said I was in jail, Delusional Dan, when in fact I never have spent a day in jail in my entire life and you have yet to produce any proof to the contrary. But like your heroes in Gestapo CPS you constantly play apologist for, Delusional Dan, since when has lacking evidence supporting your lies and BS ever stopped you? <chuckle>

And it is, Delusional Dan, no matter how much effort you put into denying reality. Already proven. Also proven by the fact that if it were NOT legal the hysterical hyenas such as yourself who continue to howl your braying idiocy on the point would have had me convicted of a crime by now. But that never happened, now did it? Kinda proves it right there, Delusional Dan. <chuckle> > When neal FINALLY reposted the story it was about a police officer who lost > his job and ruined his career over punishing his girlfriend’s child with hot > sauce.
Again your dishonesty shows again Delusional Dan. He lost his job because of the attacks against him for doing so, not because it was illegal or he was not entirely within his parental rights as the courts eventually ruled. All that occurred while the case was in court. Legion are cases of someone falsely accused whose life is torn apart until (and sometimes even after) they have been acquitted. Last I checked criminal conviction for child abuse involves prison time, not being fired from one’s job. As usual, and as I pointed out many times in the past, you merely read without comprehension (or, for that matter, intellectual honesty) until you found something you thought you could hang your lies on. The point was that he won in court, it was rules not only not child abuse but in fact well within the purview of legitimate parentak rights. However because of hysterical hyenas and unreasonable nitwits such as yourself he and his family was harmed. Harmed not by his legitimate exercise of his legitimate parental rights, but instead by the illegitimate application of your brand of fascist idiocy attempting to micromanage the families of others without legitimate authority, justification and right. No wonder you are so obviously a Gestapo CPS apologist as I pointed out so long ago and as more and more realize every post you make, Delusional Dan. <chuckle> > > .e. Neal was right) He wiped up the Net with Dan and retired gracefully > Disappeared with no notice to anyone.

How would you have advised the little girl that found herself naked in the bathroom with her mother’s boyfriend forced to take a cold shower as punishment for wetting herself? Should SHE have screamed and kicked and bit and scratched? If not, why not? She didn’t "know" him. He was a stranger her mother brought home? Her mother betrayed her by leaving him alone with her. Allowing him to spank her. To shampoo her naked in the shower. Figger it out, dummy. He was "grooming." The court sure caught on, thankfully, as did g’pa who busted his face good for him. It’s only you moral cretins that seem to think he’s just a swell but misunderstood guy, who has had to, because of the job market, sit on his ass for three FUCKIN’ years with nothing to do but whine on this ng. Essentially that is what the little girl in your case tried to do…to warn someone about you…went to the next door neighbor. Good for her. As for the situation described her, wouldn’t you, The Plant, Doananator, Leaky, be concerned about the possibility of PARENTAL LIBERTY INTERESTs being somehow denied. I mean, after all, YOU advocate, as well as The Plant (and I presume the "let them make up their own mind" bullshitter), that things like drugging your children without medical supervision, giving your church permission to suspend your children and beat them with objects, stuff hot pepper in their child’s mouth, are all LIBERTY INTERESTS…so gosh, maybe the child is just mouthing off and no one should intervent or investigate. Or if they do, CPS must leave the child with the person while the investigation ensues…right? Dummy? Dummy? Wake up Dummy? You are being called by our own citation, Dummy. Kane

Question:
"No person subject to the laws of the United States of America, or the laws of any state, shall be denied the rights, protections and privileges guaranteed by this Constitution."
1. NO WELFARE OR OTHER ENTITLEMENTS, OR ANYTHING ELSE, FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS. 2. As liberals now defy the Constitution, don’t count on reform concerning people’s rights under the Second Amendment, not only including prohibitions but "taxes" and procedures intended to infringe with acquiring and owning arms-related items. Will I be able to buy a suppressor (wrongly called by idiots a "silencer" even though the discharge merely is reduced to around 140 dB with a centerfire gun from higher levels, and which makes a handgun less concealable than without it) off the shelf, without any hassles except possibly for being asked for ID to verify my age? I doubt it, and if not, it shows hypocrisy by advocates of such an amendment. 3. This amendment amounts to little other than repeating the Fourteenth. (There is no basis for trying to get more goodies for illegal immigrants, other than to add to the number of such people who vote Democratic in elections.) The problem with the Fourteenth is that "equal protection" is highly abused by judicial activists, rather than insufficiently granting goodies to everyone by a Fairy Godmother. Dave Simpson

Well, Nader has, after all, been among lefties calling for reduction of the voting age so that more children (of all ages) vote Green or Democrat, and an amendment like yours, more flowery than the Fourteenth, would guarantee real "children’s rights," even allowing for parents or guardians possibly the "right" to cast additional votes on behalf of their offspring who are, say, under age two. Dave Simpson
Response:
The 14th Amendment addresses citizen rights. State and federal governments routinely deny Constitutional rights to non-citizens, from simple matters such as the right to representation at immigration hearings to the growing concern regarding "material witnesses" and "illegal combattants", citizen or no. I seek a way to correct these injustices.
It’s not unjust. There always has been a difference between citizens and non-citizens (except to those who want higher Democratic vote totals in elections). If you’re not a citizen, you are a guest, and still bound by the laws. End of issue. Whining about Guantanamo and being against the US here is pathological (diseased) behavior. Dave Simpson
Response:
Hugh Gibbons See the 14th Amendment.
True. And, the Fourteenth Amendment has been woefully abused by left-wing activists to seek equal outcomes, etc., rather than equal opportunity or (true) rights (as opposed to entitlements). I’ve read some wacko "constitutional giant’s" writing that takes the Declaration of Independence, the Preamble (* snicker! *), and the Fourteenth Amendment and comes up with a legal argument for a guaranteed minimum income, etc.. Arrgh. Nonsense like that still exists, and the same legal "reasoning," too. (* gag *) This amendment is not only a repetition of the Fourteenth but is a Trojan horse for all kinds of nonsense, extended to illegal-immigrant entitlements and all the rest. (It is the destruction of citizenship and likely adulthood, and thereby the distinction between adult citizens and liberal-Democrat voters.) Leave out the gay-marriage and non-married-couple-equality stuff (destruction of marriage as is known and recognized by all but the activists); leave out the goodies for illegal aliens (a key objective of the Undermining Left); the issue can be construed as much broader than that when taken to its warped extremes, extended to everyone — aliens, children, everyone: http://lpa.igc.org/lpv12/lp7.html http://globalization.icaap.org/content/v3.1/10_declaration.html "Let’s make it mean whatever we want it to mean" (Lefty Magicians, LLC) http://www.americanconstitutionsociety.org/ Dave Simpson

You will always be fondly remembered. boB She was a strong, independent woman long before it was fashionable. I have always admired her. The apple didn’t fall far from the tree. Read about her mom. KATHARINE HOUGHTON HEPBURN (1878-1951) Prominent champion of women’s rights and planned parenthood. Katharine Houghton was educated at Bryn Mawr College and received an M.A. in art history from Radcliffe. She moved to Hartford in 1904 with her husband, Tom Hepburn who was beginning his medical career as an intern at Hartford Hospital. In 1907, after attending a lecture given by the British suffragist, Emeline Pankhurst, Katharine decided to become an active champion of women’s rights to vote. A demanding woman, Katharine Hepburn placed great value on the respect and dignity of all humans. With a few close friends, in 1913 she organized the Hartford Equal Franchise League, which grew to a membership of 20,000. Her efforts brought results with the ratification of the 19th Amendment. She is best known, however, for her involvement in the fight for birth control. In 1916 she joined the cause of her friend, Margaret Sanger, founder and leader of the American Birth Control League and for many years served as its legislative chair, speaking at rallies and before the U.S. Senate. This organization was the forerunner of today’s Planned Parenthood Federation of America. The notorious anti-birth control law of Connecticut was ridiculed by Mrs. Hepburn as the "police-under-the-bed law." She argued that it prevented only the poor and not the rich from receiving information about contraception. Mrs. Hepburn died in 1951 after a life dedicated to the raising of six children and political activism.
