Now let us consider another possibility. This article was published by a Judeo-Christian organization, a religious community that makes no attempt to conceal their open condemnation of homosexuals. Dr. Laura Schlessinger has been under a great deal of fire from the homosexual population for her strong statements of opinion. Anyone who has listened to Dr. Laura knows that her entire reputation is based upon her keen ability to assert opinions as fact, very convincingly. She has been a key element in forwarding the Judeo-Christian moral and political agenda publicly. Now, it seems that her very tactics are being used against her in a public manner, and true or not, they are proving to be highly effective methods of removing the well-funded pedestal from which she has uncompromisingly expressed many Judeo-Christian ideologies. So, here we have a motive and an opportunity for this particular author to distort, and even invent reports of activities that seem so outrageous as to be unbelievable. There is no better way to incite support for your cause, than to demonize the opposing viewpoint. This is true for both sides of this controversy. However, it is never wise to incorporate so many personal and emotional issues into one debate. Sexual child abuse is devoid of politics. Those sick individuals who would commit such acts of criminal immorality are not reserved to only one faction; they are a foul statistic unto themselves. Depends on your newsreader, but most have a killfile feature. Try to look in your help system for the word kill or killfile. Only 1 of 219 girls was molested by a lesbian; 1 out of 50 boys by a gay male. This is a much lower percentage than the likely 6-10% of the population that is homosexual, therefore the incidence of gays molesting is much lower than the rate for heterosexuals.

The only problem I have with your argument is the "6-10% of the population that is homosexual." Studies which get this number seem to include a VERY wide range of people. Not just those who actively prefer sexual relations with members of their own gender. One I saw included males raped by males as "gay." While I’d not be suprised by numbers in the 2-6% range, values as high as 10% seem very unlikely in my limited experiance. Is there any modern study, outside of prisons, that finds values greater than 5%? Mark

If you go back to the early seventies you will find that the homosexual community fully supported the Man Boy Love (don’t know its acronym) organization until too much opposition started pouring in against the pedophile cell of homosexual movement. They were then pushed back into the closet. They want to get at children because they know if they can keep the child from maturing mentally, there is a good chance that homosexual man can make the child into homosexuals. An infant is polymorphous in its sexuality and until puberty set in there is the some risk of going either way in many, but not all boys. Note: there will be a hoard of neo-Marxists coming here to pick unfounded arguments as a frantic ploy to do damage control. I will not waste my time arguing with them as they only argue in bad faith.
