Anti-war protest in Los Angeles went down great! Laura Bush showed up.

I’ve got some 80 photographs that I’ll make available tomorrow.  The protest was a good one and the police mostly behaved.  I got some good photographs of the cops and their deadly toys.  There was some shooting — three shots — down a ways in the middle of the protest march after we all turned left off of Hollywood, and a bunch of cops (followed by news reporters with cameras) swarmed what looked to be a fight started by one of the hand full of pro-war kooks and some stupid fuck dressed up as a "black block" moron. So we had what looked to me to be a violent Republinazi kook jump a wannabe violent arnarchy kook and about 30 cops came down on them good and hard.  And a "well done," too.  "Black block" morons are those who dress up in black in an organized way so they can committ crimes and then melt into the crowd when the good guys come to arrest them.  They often try to discard their outer black clothes after they commit their crimes.  Real protesters don’t like these types and there was an effort to politely ask them not to come but of course there’s always kooks in any crowd — Republinazis or anti-capitalist kooks. Laura Bush showed up with two Secret Service body guards.  I got a good photograph of that. I don’t like the Socialist Parties that join these protests, and I don’t like the illegal Mexican groups that were here demanding free driving licenses, free citizenship, and free what not.  This was an anti-war, anti-fascism, anti-racism demonstration, not a protest demanding free hand outs from the already massively abused tax payer! — Jobs, not Bush. Support Halliburton’s Troops!
