Even the Canadian hierarchy is distributed worldwide. I pick up a Canadian newsgroup from a server in Germany and at least half of the posts on it are from Americans. We just cannot keep anything to ourselves. <grin> — Spelling and grammatical errors are deliberate to catch copyright violators.
