Date rapists gets visitation

Question:

i was raped by a man who had an injunction for protection against him. during the rape I concieved and chose to have the baby.  the rapist denied anything happend and paternity, but dna proved him to be the father. rather than the dna test proving a crime was committed and  the injunction was violated, he now has visitation and continues to act violently against me. there is no escape from the trauma. what can i do? this is so bad for my child, he is scared and does not want to visit his father. I feel my human rights have been violated and don’t know where to turn…has there ever been anyone in this situation?
