Question:
Why should anyone here care?
Response:
Well, management incompetence doesn’t make for a well run airline. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Why should anyone here care?
Response:
A three million dollar lawsuit was filed on March 8, 2005 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky at Covington against Comair and Linda B., the flight attendant who made the false allegations.
fine. that’s where you should tell the story, not here.

Wow. I wonder why this story is getting such a hostile reception here. Did it strike a nerve? Does it dissolution your impression of flight attendants? Does it shake your faith in flying?

Hey! Please make some effort with your snipping. You completely deleted what I said and then somehow managed to show that what someone else said came from me. Here is my post with the prior comment: "Well, management incompetence doesn’t make for a well run airline.
Why should anyone here care? " As you can see the comment that you include came from Greg Johnson not from me. Try VERY HARD to not make it appear that individuals said things that others said instead. Especially when the direction of the comment is reversed.

I just wondered: Did I ever do something wrong? How much of a case do I have? What are the odds of winning this, considering that so far the Union, Unemployment, EEOC, and the Human Rights Commission back me up? Is there a chance of loosing this? Everything is pretty simple to me and I am really hoping that I will prevail. Comair is getting ready to put up a big fight, though. But based on what? The news that their lawyers are representing the other F/A was not good news to me; others think that this is just natural, considering that Comair did more wrong than the F/A who accused me. What is Comair going to concoct? How can they be so stupid to have even let this go as far as this?
I hope he wins. This is a bunch of nonsense. Considering just the "visa" issue. Of course he didn’t have a visa. He doesn’t need a visa to work as he is a US permanent resident (green card holder). Although the I-551 card itself is valid for 10 years, that relates solely to the physical card itself. The actual status doesn’t expire. I would expect any competent HR person to know this.

these are the questions your attorney should answer. there is no limit to corporate idiocy because the tendency of bureaucrats, whether corporate or government, is to try to cover their asses rather than do the right thing. that said, this is not the forum for your questions or story. try one of the legal newsgroups.
