Anti-Sweeping Rally in Denpasar
Question:
That is all fine and good. Now the Indonesian gov’t needs to make sure the rest of Indonesia, esp. Jawa and Sumatra are assured of the same safety.Unfortunately unless someone is very familiar with Indonesia, they are going to equate "sweeping" anywhere in Indonesia as "potential sweeping" in Bali. I myself know that Bali is basically safe and love the Island and the Indonesian people. But the Indonesian gov’t needs to take a stand for LAW and ORDER and stop discriminatory "raids" or "sweeps" ANYWHERE in Indonesia. And let the rest of the world know through its actions it is serious.
