The real "Jesus" is the real "Messiah" of God. There is no other Messiah. Any other is an imposter for the Living God has established His Son as the Messiah for all mankind. Only the Son of God is able to show the way to God so that all mankind may come to the Living God to receive the promise of God; to be saved by God from religion; to be saved from the empty works of mankind. There is none who saves except the Living God. Hear and understand, the Living God "is" and has spoken through His Son; His Messiah; establishing the way of His Holy Word for all mankind to see and understand. The way remains as God established the way. The way is not by mankind nor by the ways of the religions of mankind but by the Living God who is. Each one of mankind must come to God in his own person to ask and receive from God, his salvation; his portion promised by God. Any other way taught by any other is a lie and is of the devil. Moses did not teach mankind truth and was condemned by God. No man since Jesus of Nazareth has power or authority to change or alter the word given by him concerning this way. Since when? – Rev. mentions two prophets that will come. Not to mention "false" prophets. Koran mentions prophets as a common thing, as does the old testament. — An unjust king asked a devotee what kind of worship is best? However, mankind continually rebelled against God, breaking the covenant with God. So God established a new covenant and a "new way" for man to hear from God. The new way was taught by Jesus of Nazareth. It is the way in and by which mankind becomes the Son of God, and receives the Word of God directly from God. According to the terms of this covenant, God shall write His Word Himself, in the inner parts of mankind. There are no more prophets as Jesus of Nazareth declared for they were only until John. Since then, the "Kingdom of God" comes for mankind to enter into. 15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God. 16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it. The word in "revelations" should read "servants" and not "prophets." When Paul trademarked the teachings of the Master, he mangled some of them pretty badly. Referring to God as "he" was only one of his many errors. Ahh…. are you saying that people get upset when you use the pronoun ’she’ instead of ‘he’ to refer to God? How about using ‘it’? We lack a respectful neuter pronoun I think… Which do you prefer, he or she?

I suppose if we really wanted clarity on this matter, we could go "straight to the top", as it were, to God himself. What does Jesus have to say about the subject? "Our Father, who art in Heaven…" "The Father is in me, and I in Him…" "The Father and I are one…" "As my Father has sent me, so I send you…" Hmm… now I wonder what Jesus is trying to tell us about God there? And I suppose the fact that Jesus Himself was a man doesn’t mean much, either. But what about those other passages? "Mommy, we lowly people come crying to you for a bottle…"…. um, no. "Dear lady, have mercy on us…" I don’t seem to recall that, either. And you know, not only do I not find references to God as a woman, I just somehow don’t think I could think of our Creator in the same way if I ever were find those references. He just wouldn’t be… well, God. The problem is not that big wife-beating abusive men are imposing their conception of man on God, and therefore of God as a man on society. The problem is that feminists and weak-minded, close-minded, and stubborn individuals refuse to accept that God is 1) explicitly trying to tell us something about our relation with Him (Father), and 2) implicitly instructing us on what it means to be a human father and a human man. It would seem to me that this could be considered more of a burden than what a woman would have to bear. Also, if women want true inspiration from a woman in the Bible, look to Mary, the Mother of God… she could "order around" Christ himself. cf the Wedding Feast at Cana. God Himself became obedient to a woman. What dignity exists therein! God, characterized as a man, raised up the dignity of woman by his obedience to her. Ponder that… it’s incredible! As for the question "Isn’t God neither male nor female"… good question. God is, as we humans understand male and female in physical and psychological terms, neither. However, he characterizes Himself as a male: specifically, as a Father. Ie, this is how he wants us to view Him: as children looking up to their loving dad, who will protect them from all bad things, even if it does require taking away our candy if we are bad. Although I don’t know much about St. Theresa (sp?), I believe this is the essence of her "little way". You may want to read it for further insight or study purposes, if not for spiritual edification. I am sorry that previous poster, obviously a radical feminist (or a prankster), does not understand how awesome is the dignity of a woman, and how important it is for a man to respect her. And also, the poster doesn’t seem to understand how a man is supposed to be a sort of imitation of God on earth, which women can look up to. The happiest women I know understand this far better than I do, and they want to find men who, because he loves her and he is upright and just, she can look up to him for support and direction. This is not degrading. Fixating your mind on lies and extremist agendas is degrading. Do you honestly think you can "improve" on God’s revealed Truth? I find that almost humorous.
