Dan Spencer: Net Cop (Mondays on NBC)

Question:

Can you believe that Dan Spencer is trying to make himself the net cop over at alt.pets.guinea-pigs?  He is doing the same thing with the charter that he did here.  He has posted it and is already interpreting it to suit his needs.  If you thought the rpb charter was vague, you should see the charter for apgp.  It makes rpb’s look like a legal document. Why did I post this?  Only to let you know that the little weasel is still playing his game. You know the one, it’s called  "Mommm! Bill looked at me.  Mommm! Gloria touched me."  It is also known as "Miss Nelson,  Jack and Sue talked when you left the room." Gloria H and Gloria B, I know you would never touch Dan.   There are no stupid questions just a lot of stupid people. MJ

Mr Jynx, Why does nobody like you?  It’s because of crap like this!  The reason that I posted it was because somebody wanted to have a moderator for the group to do something about all the spam in that newsgroup.  They also wanted to do something about their local troll.  That would be you!  This is what you posted in the alt.pets.guinea-pigs newsgroup:- "The only good guinea pig is a dead guinea pig!" That was the *entire* message except the sig line.  You have been harrassing that newsgroup for months.  If you read the entire thread, I posted instructions to the person about where they could find information on changing the newsgroup to a moderated one.  As an afterthought, I went to DejaNews to find the charter and posted that.  The person asked for help in dealing with you among other things and I gave it to her. Period. For those of you who have children, you will recognize that Mr. Jynx’s posts are an attention getting manuever that your children practice on each other every day. (I still think he is hilarious!) For those of you who DON’T have kids, let me set this up for you: Jimmy:  You are such a jerk! Bobby:  I am NOT a jerk!  You better cut it out right now!! JIMMY IS BEING MEAN How different this little scenario would have turned out if the following had happened: Jimmy: You are such a jerk! Bobby: You are absolutely right.  I can be a jerk sometimes. Jimmy is left speechless. People, Mr Jynx is TEASING you, and you are giving him all of the ammunition that he needs to continue! In fact, you are practically loading the gun and handing it to him! All you would need to do is IGNORE him. Don’t answer any of his posts no matter how mad they make you. Without feedback from you, he would go elsewhere to get attention.  It’s so very simple that I am truly amazed that none of you has thought of it! Sorry, Mr Jynx, I really do think you are funny, and I always read your posts when I see them.  But I really felt that I had to give the adults here a quick lesson on how to act like one. Some of them are so impressed with them selves that you would be better off asking them to stop eating or breathing. The very fact that you have to point this out to adults makes my point. <SNIP He posted it because there are people in that newsgroup that are sick of your harrassment.  Dan was just responding to a posting.  You have posted some sick and vile things over there.  It would appear that there is a grass roots effort to get rid of you. I would invite anyone to go over to alt.pets.guinea-pigs to see what the *real* truth is.  Several of Mr Jynx’s finest messages have been reposted over there. There are no stupid questions just a lot of stupid people.

SherryJ, It’s not so mucjh the attention I recieve as it is the pleasure I get out of ticking these people off and watching the attitudes fly.  I have already told these idiots to ignore me, but they just don’t listen.   As for the statement about the only good guinea pig…  Here is my explaination.  A guinea pig can not be good unless properly cooked, therefore; it must be dead. a guinea pig cannot be alive and cooked. Hence, the only good gp is a dead gp. There are no stupid questions just a lot of stupid people. MJ

<LOL I know exactly what you are up to Mr. Jynx!  I am the mother of three daughters: a 13 year old, and a set of 10 year old twins! many is the time that I have sat and chuckled to myself over the politics/dynamics of my three daughter’s relationships with each other. Still, I felt compelled to explain what was going on here to those who weren’t aware.  You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make them into a fish. SherryJ
