Help maintain a presence downtown that challenges a hateful law against the right to sleep. a.. HUFF (Homeless United for Friendship & Freedom) is organizing with the Spring Mobe to support a permanent round-the-clock homeless support vigil on Pacific Avenue serving coffee out of cars downtown at night and sleeping on top of them during the day to shame merchants and city council into real action to end the Sleeping Ban.
