Question:
Hello, my name is Howard wasserman and I’m trying to find out if there are others like me who feel the goverment should be spending more on M.S. research. I want to form a proative group willing to demonstrate, picket ect… to get more attention on M.S. I feel if we as a group donot put pressure on the Goverment no one else will. In any case we would be the most effective since we are the ones who have to deal with this disease. I believe that the technology to cure this disease is far ahead of the money available to spend. This is very frustrating to me considering the amount of money our goverment wastes each year. I will be getting a list of the apropriation board members involved in allocating funds in january. This group could serve many area’s, whether it be letter writing campaigns to goverment officials ie. NIH FDA, Goverment representatives or demonstrations that get media coverage and thus raise exposure. Please e-mail me with any of your ideas or interest as I need all the help I can get to start this group. Thankyou for reading this, please take care, Sincerly Howard Wasserman
